About Claire
I don't believe you need
to become someone else
to change your life.
I believe you need to hear yourself again.
Because the life that feels right for you can't be defined by someone else's expectations — including mine.

Why I Do This Work
I know how easy it is to build a life around what makes sense.
We learn early how to be responsible. How to make the smart choice. How to keep going. How to meet expectations. How to become someone other people can rely on.
And none of those things are inherently wrong.
But when you spend enough time asking what makes sense, what is expected or what everyone else needs, it can become surprisingly difficult to answer a much simpler question:
What do I want?
That's the question at the heart of my work. Not because every part of your life needs to change.
But because you deserve to know which parts still belong to you.

You are allowed to outgrow
a life you once wanted.
Changing your mind doesn't mean you got it wrong.
It might mean you're finally listening.
What I Believe
A few things I want you to know before we work together.
You are not a problem to solve.
Coaching isn't about fixing you. It's about creating enough distance from the noise to understand what is actually true for you.
Clarity doesn't always come first.
Sometimes clarity appears because you move — not because you thought about the decision for another six months.
You can want more without being ungrateful.
Appreciating the life you have and wanting something different are not contradictions.
Your life doesn't need to make sense to everyone else.
The decisions that feel most aligned may not always be the ones other people understand.

The work is personal.
So is the way I show up for it.
What You Can Expect
I won't hand you a blueprint for your life.
You already have enough voices telling you what you should do.
Our work creates space for a different kind of conversation — one where we slow down the assumptions, notice the patterns underneath them and get curious about what you actually want.
Honest Questions
We look beyond the first answer and explore what's underneath it.
A Different Perspective
Sometimes you need someone outside the situation to notice the pattern you can't see from inside it.
Decisions You Can Own
The goal isn't for you to leave knowing what I think you should do. It's for you to trust what you choose.
The Alignment Method™
Coming back to yourself
is a practice.
The Alignment Method gives our work a structure without prescribing the answer. Together, we learn to see what's shaping you, question what no longer fits, choose from self-trust and move toward what feels true.
SEE → QUESTION → CHOOSE → MOVE

You're not looking for someone to tell you how to live. You're looking for space to figure out how you want to.
- You're capable of making decisions — but lately you don't trust them.
- You've outgrown something you're afraid to let go of.
- You know something needs to shift, even if you can't name exactly what.
- You're tired of making choices based on what will disappoint the fewest people.
- Your life looks fine from the outside, but something inside keeps asking for your attention.
You don't need to have the answer before we begin. That's part of the work.
Ready When You Are
You don't have to know
exactly what needs to change.
You just have to be willing
to listen.
If you're ready to get clearer about what you want and start making decisions that feel like your own, let's begin with a conversation.
Come back to yourself.
