The Alignment Method™
The answers get quieter
when everyone else's voice
gets louder.
The Alignment Method helps you hear your own again.
A four-part coaching framework for understanding what's shaping you, questioning what no longer fits and making decisions from a place of greater self-trust.
Clarity isn't about finding the right answer.
It's about knowing which answer is yours.
Why We Lose the Signal
Most decisions aren't made in a vacuum.
They're shaped by years of experience, expectations, relationships, responsibilities and beliefs about who we're supposed to be.
Some of those influences still fit. Some don't. The difficult part is knowing the difference.
What I Want
What Makes Sense
What They Expect
What I've Always Done
What I'm Afraid to Change
When all of those voices sound equally convincing, clarity becomes difficult.
The first step isn't making a decision.
It's understanding what's shaping it.
The Framework
Four movements.
One direction.
Back to yourself.
See
Notice what's shaping you.
Question
Examine what still belongs.
Choose
Reconnect with your own judgment.
Move
Act from what feels true.
01
See
Notice What's Shaping You
You can't question a pattern you haven't noticed yet.
The first part of the work is observation.
Before trying to change anything, we slow down enough to notice the beliefs, expectations and patterns already influencing the way you think, respond and decide.
We Might Notice
- The choices you make automatically.
- The people whose approval carries more weight than you realized.
- The expectations you've absorbed without consciously choosing them.
- The places where fear sounds a lot like practicality.
- The patterns you keep repeating even when the circumstances change.
Seeing clearly doesn't force you to change anything. It simply gives you the choice.
02
Question
Examine What Still Belongs
Just because something made sense once doesn't mean it still does.
Once you can see what's shaping you, you can begin asking a different kind of question.
Not: Is this right or wrong?
But:
Is this still mine?
What I've Learned to Want
The answers that once made sense — and may still be deciding for you.
What I Actually Want
The answers that feel true now — even if they're harder to say out loud.
Questioning isn't about rejecting your past, your responsibilities or the people around you. It's about noticing where an old answer may be making a current decision for you.
03
Choose
Reconnect With Your Own Judgment
A decision doesn't become right because everyone understands it.
Self-trust isn't certainty.
It's the ability to make a thoughtful decision without needing every fear to disappear or every person around you to agree.
What will disappoint the fewest people?
What decision can I stand behind?
What if I get it wrong?
What do I know right now?
What should I do?
What do I choose?
The goal isn't perfect certainty. It's a decision that feels like yours.
04
Move
Turn Clarity Into Action
Insight matters.
But eventually, something has to move.
The final part of the Method is about translating what you've learned into choices.
Sometimes the movement is visible.
Visible Movement
- A conversation.
- A boundary.
- A decision.
- A change in direction.
Quiet Movement
- Responding differently.
- Saying no sooner.
- Trusting an answer without asking five people to validate it.
The point isn't constant reinvention. It's learning to move through your life without repeatedly leaving yourself behind.

The framework gives us somewhere to begin.
You decide where it leads.
Structure Without Prescription
This isn't four steps to the perfect life.
Real decisions aren't linear.
You may SEE something and immediately know what needs to MOVE. You may QUESTION something for months before you're ready to CHOOSE. You may make a decision and discover something new about yourself afterward.
The Alignment Method isn't designed to tell you where to go. It's designed to help you recognize when the direction is yours.
What the Work Builds
Not a different person.
A different relationship with your own voice.
Awareness
You notice the patterns influencing your choices sooner.
Discernment
You become better at separating expectation from genuine desire.
Self-Trust
You rely less on external reassurance before making decisions.
Intentional Action
You become more willing to act on what you know.
The Method in Practice
Understanding the framework is one thing.
Using it inside your own life is another.
The Alignment Method provides the structure behind Claire's private coaching work. The questions, pace and focus are shaped around you — not around forcing your life into four predetermined steps.
Come Back to Yourself
You don't need every answer.
You need to know which voice is yours.
If you're ready to understand what's been shaping your decisions and reconnect with what feels true, we can start there.
See. Question. Choose. Move.
